Wayne has over 14 years of experience in screw machines and facility operations. His background includes the upfront planning at the quote and estimating stage, implementing of lean production techniques to improve operational efficiencies, cost controls, and increased production and profitability. With his experiences utilizing computer aided drafting and Cad-Cam software packages, he is able to minimize the set-up/programming time required for quick turn/short cycle and complex parts. Wayne enjoys spending time camping with his wife Renee and family. He is also an active volunteer within his community.

With quality assurance foremost in mind, he is able to assist our customers serving the aerospace, medical, and commercial manufacturing markets in determining the best possible solutions for their specific applications. James enjoys spending time with his family, Tyler and Emily, and is an active volunteer within the community..
